A loud and open sounding bouzouki. The "Axe" features the unusual combination of flat-top and carved back. This allows it to be driven harder than flat-back instruments without loss of tone.
ROSEWOOD 10-String MANDOLIN
A versatile 10-string mandolin with the beautifully rich, complex tone of Rosewood. Usually tuned CGDAE (low to high). 365mm (14.4") scale length.
ROSEWOOD BOUZOUKI & OCTAVE
A sweet, warm and complex sound with a rich midrange. The Rosewood Bouzouki and Octave mandolin feature hand-carved spruce tops and Indian rosewood backs and sides. Standard scale lengths are: 648mm Bouzouki and 580mm Octave mandolin.
Exceptional clarity of tone and dynamic range. The A5 is suitable for a broad range of styles.
"ARTIST" 10-String MANDOLIN
"Artist" 10-string mandolin .
A unique large body design, the "Artist" is voiced more like a mandola in the low register, but maintains a bright top end. Usually tuned CGDAE (low to high) Scale length is similar to eight string mandolins at: 365mm (14.4")
A mandolin with a unique tone. Powerful and open sounding with a robust bottom end. The "Axe" features the unusual combination of flat-top and carved back.
A sweet and a slightly woody sounding mandolin.
The "Tone" features the traditional combination of carved front and back plates.
